Maaaarrrrrrr of de duvel ermee speelt niet duiken vanochtend want de Guardia Civil is een duiker aan het bergen die gisteren door 2 technische duikers is gevonden. zie bericht plaatselijk krantje..
The body of a diver was discovered yesterday off Playa Chica beach in Puerto del Carmen . … that it may be the body of Bosco Hernandez Tapias who went missing whilst on a dive in October 2010, leaving his car parked nearby.
The discovery was made by a pair of technical divers from the Marina Rubicon dive school at a depth of 90 meters – recreational divers rarely go deeper than 30 meters.
They were on a training dive when they made the discovery and they surfaced to alert the authorities.
It was originally planned that Guardia Civil divers would recover the body today, but they don’t have the necessary equipment, so a team from the mainland is flying in to do so.
There is speculation that it may be the body of Bosco Hernandez Tapias who went missing whilst on a dive in October 2010, leaving his car parked nearby.
